About AstonixAI
- What does AstonixAI do?
- AstonixAI builds AI agents, business automation, custom software and intelligent systems. We design them around a real process in your business, connect them to the tools you already use and hand them over with documentation.
- What is the difference between your services and your products?
- Services are built for you: we scope, design and build a system around your process. Products are ready-to-use platforms that you configure for your team instead of building from scratch. Our first products are in development; until they launch, we build the same kind of system for you as a custom project.
- Which industries do you work with?
- We build for healthcare, education, jewellery, food and beverage, manufacturing, retail, real estate, professional services and finance. If your industry is not listed, the same approach applies: we start from your process.

- How does a project start?
- Tell us about the process, product or idea through the contact form. We reply within one business day, arrange a call to understand the work, and then share a scope with milestones before anything is built.
- Can we start small?
- Yes. We usually recommend proving value on one process first, then extending to the next once it is working.
- How long does a project take?
- It depends on the scope. We agree the timeline and milestones with you before work starts, and build in short iterations you can review along the way.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the work, so we never guess on the website. After a short call we email you a clear quote: a fixed price for the AI Strategy Sprint and AI Automation, milestone-based pricing for custom builds, and a fixed monthly fee for the Care Plan.
- Do you provide support after launch?
- Yes. Launch includes documentation and training, and we can continue to monitor, improve and extend the system as your needs change.
Technology & data
- Can you work with our existing tools?
- Yes. We connect to the CRM, communication, finance and operations tools you already use instead of replacing them.
- Which technologies do you use?
- We choose per project for reliability and fit. Common choices include OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models, LangGraph, CrewAI, n8n and Retell AI for agents and automation, and Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS and Google Cloud for software and data.
- Do we own what you build?
- Yes. We build on standard technology and document the work, so the code, workflows and data are yours, with no lock-in.
- How do you handle our data?
- Systems are designed with role-based access, least-privilege permissions and audit-friendly logs. Where your data must stay in your own infrastructure, we build it to run there.
